- If eligible after 3 tests, mandatory break and to get back through WhatsApp suitably.

Step 4 : Join Zoom> Zoom Link 2 Hiring: Language Writing Test + Assignments Skill Test (Exp.)

Step 5 : Join Zoom> Zoom Link 3 Selection 1:1: Discussion on Payments 

-if aligned, Offer Letter _ Business Deal to be shared.

1. Visit Website, Click Hiring > Academic Research Wings or Creative Writers or Both
- If it gets considered, would receive a call or email within 7 days to proceed further or an email
2. Visit website, Home > Hiring > Schedule Interview 

- If it is suitably aligned, would connect at the same date & time or else it would be rescheduled through WhatsApp.

3. Visit Website > Join Zoom > Zoom Link 1 Interview:  to share screen.

- Proceed with Vocabulary Test + English Language Test + Comprehensive Reading Test.

4. WhatsApp for suitable alignment for the further tests: Join Zoom> Zoom Link 2 Hiring:

 - Proceed with Writing Skill Test + Assignments Skill Test (Experienced)

5. WhatsApp for suitable alignment for the further tests: Join Zoom> Zoom Link 3 Selection 1:1:

Discussion on Payments and if we get suitably aligned to issue Offer letter_ Business Deal,
- Selected Candidates would receive the joining letter/business deal in mail box.

Note: 50% marks is required in Vocabulary Test, Language Test and Reading Test to be eligible.

Instructions to Zoom Meeting: 

While appearing for the Interview Process, Participant is required to share his/her mobile/laptop screen:

- to ensure that while taking tests no one is helping from the background. So, Video Cam should be ON.

- to ensure that while taking tests no internet surfings on the browser to find question/answer.

Violating these two instructions would be result disqualified.

Please wait 7 days, usually by 5 days you should receive a call or an email to proceed further for interview.
